Product Details
The battery‑pack pressure sensor detects tiny air‑pressure variations inside the battery pack and identifies abnormal pressure signals with built‑in logic algorithms. Under driving conditions, it reports pressure values to assist the vehicle in thermal‑runaway early warning. Under parked (sleep) conditions, it wakes up the vehicle control system for comprehensive judgment once an anomaly is detected.
As one of the earliest definers of products in this field, Churod's products have undergone extensive battery‑pack fire‑triggering tests, as well as system‑level summer tests in Turpan and winter tests in Hailar to guarantee the reliability of alarm logic. Designed for battery‑pack thermal‑runaway detection, the product can perform independent data acquisition and judgment especially when the vehicle is in sleep mode. It wakes up the whole vehicle for comprehensive assessment upon detecting abnormalities. This function also serves as an indispensable solution for vehicles to comply with regulations on thermal‑runaway advance early warning.
