1. Warranty Coverage
Churod warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions for the agreed warranty period. Warranty Period: It depends on different actual products.
2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does NOT apply to failures caused by improper application, overvoltage, overcurrent, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, normal wear and tear, customer end-system design defects or man-made damage.
3. Warranty Remedy
Our warranty obligation is limited to repair or replacement of Churod components only. We shall not be liable for consequential losses including end-equipment damage, production stoppage or labour losses.
4. Priority of Contract
If there is any conflict between this Warranty Statement and a signed sales contract, the terms of the sales contract shall prevail.
