Green Products & Technological Innovation
We focus on core clean energy components including photovoltaic relays, new energy vehicle devices, energy storage components and various sensors, helping customers achieve safe, clean and efficient operational performance. Our products are widely applied in low-carbon tracks such as photovoltaics, energy storage, charging piles and new energy vehicles.
Adopting eco-friendly materials and low-energy-consumption design, our products have obtained authoritative certifications including CQC and CCC from China, TÜV from Germany, and cUL from the United States, fully complying with international environmental standards. We have also participated in formulating the group standardGreenhouse Gas — Quantification and Requirements for Product Carbon Footprint — Electrical Relays, driving the green development of the industry.
With R&D investment accounting for 6%–8% of annual revenue and a portfolio of over 240 patents, we leverage core products including relays, high-voltage contactors, sensors, CCS integrated busbars and power distribution modules. We empower green industries covering new energy vehicles, photovoltaic energy storage, charging piles, industrial control and smart home systems. Through technological innovation, we advance energy transition, balance economic benefits, environmental responsibilities and social value, and cooperate with industrial chain partners to build a low-carbon, inclusive and robust industrial ecosystem.
Green Manufacturing & Energy Conservation
The company implements energy-efficient production and resource recycling management with strict control over hazardous waste, exhaust gas and wastewater treatment. Production exhaust gas is collected through air collection hoods and purified via bag dust collectors and two-stage activated carbon adsorption devices. Hazardous waste is centrally collected and safely disposed of by qualified institutions, practicing the philosophy of green production.
We promote energy-saving equipment upgrading, water conservation management and classified waste recycling. Strictly following the principle of rainwater-sewage separation and clean-sewage separation, we effectively control energy consumption and carbon emissions per unit output value. We fully implement the "Three Simultaneities" environmental protection system and firmly uphold the bottom line of green production.
We adopt lightweight structural design and optimize raw material selection to explore the application of recyclable materials. Supported by UL and TÜV witnessed test laboratories, we continuously iterate long-life and high-reliability components to extend product service cycles and reduce resource consumption caused by product replacement and renewal.
Green Supply Chain & Compliance Operation
We have established a comprehensive environmental compliance system with dedicated personnel responsible for environmental management work. Regular inspection and maintenance of pollution control facilities are conducted to ensure stable operation and full compliance with all environmental regulations and policies.
Extending sustainable development concepts to the upstream industrial chain, we have formulated standardized ESG access and evaluation mechanisms for suppliers. Environmental protection requirements, occupational health and safety, and business ethics are fully incorporated into supplier performance assessments. We encourage raw material suppliers to strictly implement hazardous substance control, safe production and emission reduction measures. By advocating responsible mineral sourcing and conducting green technology exchanges with upstream and downstream partners, we jointly build a transparent, compliant and low-carbon electronic component industrial chain.
