Product Scope: Relays, Contactors, Sensors, CCS Busbars, Power Distribution Modules,Robot joint module,smart power switch,etc.

1. RoHS Compliance (EU Directive 2011/65/EU, amended by 2015/863)

Our above-mentioned products comply with EU RoHS 2.0 requirements. Restricted substances are below threshold limits. Applicable exemptions under the RoHS Directive shall apply accordingly.

2. REACH Compliance (EC Regulation No.1907/2006)

We are an article manufacturer as defined by ECHA. Unless separately notified in writing, our products do not contain substances on the ECHA Candidate List (SVHC) above 0.1% by weight. Products also meet restrictions under REACH Annex XVII.

3. ELV for Automotive Products

Automotive relays and contactors also comply with the EU ELV Directive.

4. Statement Remarks

This statement is based on raw material supplier declarations and our internal test data. This statement will be updated upon product revision. Customers may request the latest formal version before placing orders. This statement applies only to Churod components and does not represent compliance of customers’ end equipment.
