In the midsummer of July, the 2026 cohort of elite recruits officially joined CHUROD. To help new team members integrate quickly, the company organized dedicated induction training from July 1 to 3. The program covered the Chairman’s address, professional theories from various departments, corporate culture and daily management regulations. Team-building activities were held on July 4 to strengthen mutual bonding. The three-day training concluded successfully. During the training, elite recruits visited the company laboratory and closely observed various testing equipment and R&D test procedures. Guided by instructors, they gained an intuitive understanding of the entire process of relay products, from R&D design to quality verification. This on-site session gave them tangible insight into the technical support and quality control behind the products. It effectively complemented classroom learning and deepened their comprehension of the full product chain from R&D to mass production.

『Visit the Production Workshop』

In the production workshop, elite recruits witnessed the orderly operation of automated production lines and observed the manufacturing processes of relays and other products up close. From component processing and product assembly to in-process inspection and packaging for delivery, the standardized and efficient operations of frontline workers gave the recruits a real perception of product realization. Instructors in each area elaborated on equipment operating principles and on-site management essentials, and patiently answered questions. This on-site interaction effectively deepened new members’ understanding of the company’s manufacturing capabilities.

Team Building Activity

On the day of team building, the elite recruits kicked off the event with a grouped racing car assembly challenge, followed by fierce competitions in the racing session, fully demonstrating team vitality and fighting spirit. At noon, everyone gathered for a barbecue lunch and chatted in a relaxed atmosphere, further closing the gap between each other. In the afternoon free time, a variety of activities including chess and board games allowed everyone to fully unwind amid laughter.
