Unite as One, Forge Ahead | 2026 CHUROD Mid-Year Meeting & Management Retreat

From July 17 to 19, 2026, CHUROD Group successfully concluded its mid-year meeting and management team building event themed Unite as One, Ride the Waves. Mr. Zhou Kangping, Chairman of the Group, together with 40 management personnel from all branch companies and departments, participated in the activity.

『Mid-Year Meeting』

The official mid-year meeting kicked off on the afternoon of July 17. Representatives from 12 centers and departments delivered respective reports on first-half operational data, key project progress, and second-half work plans. Each department summarized phased achievements, analyzed existing challenges, and clarified core objectives and detailed implementation plans for the second half of the year.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Zhou delivered a concluding speech. He systematically reviewed the Group’s operational performance in the first half of the year, acknowledged achievements while analyzing existing shortcomings, and made overall arrangements for the strategic priorities and implementation paths for the second half of the year. His speech provided powerful guidance for all management members to unify thinking, consolidate consensus and strengthen confidence.

The meeting concluded successfully, enabling all departments to gain a clearer understanding of mutual work progress and collaboration priorities. As the first half of the year draws to a close, all management staff will take this meeting as a new starting point, translate the consensus reached into practical actions, and fully promote the implementation of all strategic goals.

『Management Team Building』

Managers gathered at Qixingwan Sailing Base for a sailing and Texas Hold’em competition on the sea. Participants were divided into teams of five with assigned roles to compete for buoys during the voyage. The contest amid waves tested teams’ ability to make quick decisions and coordinate precisely in dynamic conditions. It also served as a practical drill for maximizing gains amid risks.

An indoor Guandan competition was held in full swing. Managers paired up and competed through three rounds of knockout games based on accumulated points, with champions, runners-up and third-place winners finally decided. At the card table, it was a contest of strategy and mentality. Managers built trust through teamwork and cultivated rapport in competition, vividly demonstrating how teams can achieve goals via efficient collaboration.

As night fell, the music party brought the event to its climax. Amid rising fireworks, managers took the stage one after another to sing, filling the scene with cheers and laughter. Everyone sat together, raised glasses and had in-depth conversations rarely available on regular workdays. The camaraderie and rapport forged during competitions and fireworks will become solid support for the team to overcome challenges and forge ahead side by side.

This mid-year gathering served not only as an energy recharge, but also as an opportunity to deepen team trust and consensus. With the meeting and activities concluded, all members will take practical execution as the oar and collaboration as the sail, steering CHUROD forward through challenges in the second half of the year, and write a remarkable chapter for 2026 with solid efforts.
