【Job Responsibilities】

1、Hardware Architecture & Design: Lead hardware architecture, power topology and circuit design of robot joint modules, complete simulation and PCB implementation, and resolve signal/power integrity issues.

【Job Requirements】

1、Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering.

2、At least 3 years of hardware development experience in robot joint modules or servo drives. Have led or deeply participated in at least one complete project cycle, familiar with the whole product process from requirement analysis, design, debugging to mass production. Experience in quadruped/humanoid robot projects is a plus.

3、In-depth understanding of servo drive principles, familiar with motor control algorithms such as FOC (Field-Oriented Control).

4、Proficient in EDA tools including Altium Designer or Cadence for schematic and PCB design; capable of debugging with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and other instruments.

5、Familiar with real-time communication protocols widely used in robotics such as EtherCAT and CAN.

6、Familiar with MCU chips including STM32, GD32 and DSP as well as their peripheral circuit design.

7、Knowledge of EMC/EMI design specifications, with basic capability in thermal management design and simulation (e.g. ANSYS).

【Job Responsibilities】

【Job Responsibilities】

1、Responsible for the development of robot supporting motor drive control software and upper computer software, including modeling and simulation, control algorithm development and program coding. Complete motor debugging and parameter calibration, optimize motor control performance, and meet technical indicators such as dynamic performance and control accuracy.

2、 Solve technical problems during product development and debugging, and complete product definition, design verification, testing and mass production optimization of electric drive products.

3、 Compile and manage complete technical documents of products, including software design specifications, flow charts, source codes, test schemes and evaluation reports.

1、Have more than one year of working experience in motor control algorithm development, debugging and testing.

1、Join new product design reviews, provide professional suggestions on manufacturability, assemblability and testability to drive design optimization.

2、Develop process routes for new products, evaluate equipment and fixture plans, and issue requirement lists for equipment, jigs and instruments.

3、Prepare process documents including PFMEA, initial SOP and Control Plan (CP).

4、Organize acceptance of jigs and equipment, lead DOE validation of key process parameters and confirm process windows.

5、Lead new product pilot runs and reviews, arrange pre-pilot and post-pilot meetings, and drive issue closure.

6、Collect, sort and track engineering & process issues during pilot production, coordinate cross-department improvements.

【Job Responsibilities】

1、Design mechanical structures of rotary actuators (bionic joint modules) for humanoid and quadruped robots, addressing core challenges including high torque density, lightweight design, low noise and high dynamic response.

2、Develop joint transmission systems such as planetary and harmonic reducers, design new reducers with high power density, low vibration and high efficiency.

3、Lead selection, matching and integration optimization of actuator core components (frameless torque motor, reducer, torque sensor, bearing, etc.) to meet joint space constraints and dynamic performance targets. Carry out transmission system evaluation, material selection, strength calculation, simulation and life assessment of key parts.

4、Create 3D models, engineering drawings and tolerance analysis for reducers; simulate and optimize key performance including strength, service life and efficiency.

5、Oversee part manufacturing, assembly, commissioning and validation of prototypes. Build test platforms and formulate test plans, drive design optimization and issue closure based on data analysis. Collaborate with production and supply chain teams for DFM and mass production transfer, and prepare technical documentation.
