On January 16-17, 2026, CHUROD Group held the 2026 Corporate Strategy Briefing Meeting themed "Unite as One, Forge Ahead". Mr. Zhou Kangping, Chairman of the Group, together with principals and core staff from all subsidiaries and departments, gathered at the meeting for the official release of the Group’s overall strategic plan for 2026. The meeting aims to consolidate strategic consensus, clarify future development directions, and sound the clarion call for the leap-forward development of CHUROD!

At the opening of the meeting, Mr. Zhou comprehensively reviewed the Group’s achievements amid transformations in 2025, frankly analyzed ongoing industry challenges and emerging development opportunities, and systematically elaborated on the company’s overall strategic plan for 2026 covering core business upgrading, technological innovation breakthroughs, and expanded market layout. 02 Annual Key Work Report of Each Department

The delivery of strategy hinges on cross-department collaboration and solid execution. At the meeting, each department leader reviewed key accomplishments of 2025 and presented their overall plans for 2026. With clear thinking and well-detailed roadmaps, participants listened intently. They aligned objectives through idea exchanges, building strong synergy to deliver the strategy successfully.

In December 2025, the Company held a strategy decoding workshop to address operational gaps and dig deep into core issues, identifying 10 corporate-level key tasks for 2026. Delivering these tasks demands resolute, strong leadership and firm execution. A Key Task Appointment Ceremony was held at the conference, where Mr. Zhou personally presented appointment letters to the leaders of each key task.

04 Annual Department Budget Signing

Budget planning enables rational capital allocation for all initiatives in 2026. Scientific budget management delivers solid financial support for efficient business execution and serves as the cornerstone for orderly operations throughout the year. At the meeting, Mr. Wang from the Finance Center completed the annual budget signing with each budget project owner one by one.
