Persist Through Setbacks, Stay Firm on the Path to Excellence：
Thanks to joint efforts of all colleagues, Churod achieved a major breakthrough in a key project this September and officially became a Tier 1 BOM supplier. This lays a solid foundation for our comprehensive strategic deployment in the critical industry. The sales leader shared the twists and turns along the way: “Over two years, we went through at least ten rigorous tests and proposed no fewer than five solutions, all of which failed. These setbacks tested the team’s perseverance and collaboration, and pushed customer confidence in our products to an unprecedented low.” Yet it was exactly this challenge that ignited the team’s resolve to overcome difficulties and pursue excellence.
Race Against Time, Seize Every Minute：
At the end of June this year, the customer urgently convened the project team for a critical meeting and set an aggressive deadline: only a 60-day golden window from July 1 to August 30 remained as the sole period for in-depth optimization of the existing solution. This challenge served as both a dual test of efficiency and quality and an ultimate trial of the project team’s adaptability. If the deliverables submitted within this timeframe failed to gain full customer approval, Churod would face unprecedented severe risks in this key project and lose this final opportunity.
Complex Challenges, Overcome Together：
The product required unprecedented large-scale modifications, nearly a full reconstruction. This change involved every functional department. The R&D team took the lead, abandoning the original design and rebuilding the product architecture and drawings from scratch with brand-new concepts. The Finance team launched urgent re-evaluation and quotation processes to accurately reflect all cost changes. The Supply Chain team quickly adjusted strategies to replace or renegotiate with suppliers to secure continuous material supply and cost efficiency. The complexity of this project demanded unprecedented close collaboration and efficient communication across departments to tackle this sudden challenge and ensure the smooth implementation and ultimate success of product revisions.

Faced with severe challenges, the sales leader stepped forward resolutely as the "fire captain" for this arduous mission. He oversaw overall planning and directed cross-department collaboration precisely to ensure tight connection and efficient operation of all links. With careful planning and reasonable task allocation, each department fulfilled its responsibilities and leveraged strengths. He streamlined cross-department information flow and removed communication barriers to guarantee accurate and timely information. Meanwhile, he keenly identified customer needs, built a seamless communication bridge between customers and internal teams to align demands, and optimized service quality and customer satisfaction.
Throughout the process, the department leader demonstrated remarkable resilience and perseverance, continuously tracking every detail of task progress to ensure follow-up actions were carried out forcefully, orderly and effectively. With seamless coordination across departments, a total of 27 members from the Sales Department, R&D team, Wuhu Operations team and Supply Chain Procurement team dedicated themselves to the project day and night. The project was successfully completed on August 30, 2024, winning high recognition and full approval from the customer. This milestone achievement marks Churod’s entry into the Tier 1 BOM supplier list. It lays a solid foundation for the full promotion and strategic rollout of our key products in the new energy sector and opens a new chapter for the company’s vigorous growth in emerging markets.
