Project Objectives
Centered on the implementation of Churod’s digital strategy “125 Initiative”, the SAP S/4HANA project focuses on four core objectives: unified processes, connected data, integrated business and finance, and intelligent management. The project will restructure the group’s standardized business system and unify operational workflows and master data specifications across all subsidiaries and business segments to eliminate traditional data silos. By building an integrated ERP platform, it will realize full-link collaboration covering supply chain, production, warehousing, sales, finance and human resources, achieving deep business-finance integration and unified process and data standards. Leveraging SAP’s intelligent capabilities, Churod will establish a transparent, refined, efficient and traceable modern management system, improving overall operational efficiency, risk control and data-driven decision-making, and laying a solid digital foundation for high-quality and sustainable corporate development.
Centering on the SAP system, the project will build an integrated digital and intelligent management platform covering multiple business fields. In accordance with the group’s digital strategy, Churod has defined three core project objectives. Disen will provide full-process empowerment and implementation support to comprehensively upgrade the group’s refined operation and intensive management capabilities.
01 Unlock Core Workflows to Consolidate Management Foundations
Build a unified and standardized enterprise business blueprint system covering core modules including financial management, planning system, production management, sales management, procurement and warehouse management. By standardizing business processes and institutional norms, the project will solidify the group’s best practices and unify operational standards to lay a solid foundation for digital and refined management.
02 Integrate Peripheral Systems for Smart Manufacturing
Centering on the core SAP platform, integrate peripheral systems such as PLM, MES, SRM, CRM and BI in depth to break data barriers across R&D, procurement, production, sales, warehousing and data analysis. Realize interconnection and data sharing among multiple systems, build a full-process lean management system, and fully empower intelligent manufacturing and efficient operation.
